I am a first-time boat owner so I know less than the average person. Since calling Suncoast for a few warranty service calls which is common and getting scheduled maintenance, I have been treated with great care attention and patience. I have never felt stupid or like I was a problem. When the job is done, they don't just walk away, they ensure I am pleased and then even follow up. They work clean, they care if I have plans to do something even if it is a weekend by saying "we know you have guests this weekend and all should be fine if for any reason it is not, let us know and we will be there for you." The care that I am enjoying my boat because they even ask.

 

Let's face it, you don't usually call to have work done on a good day. But the way the answer and react is commendable. I feel I will not ever buy another boat that doesn't have a Volvo Gas or Diesel engine because I trust Suncoast. My engine is gas and they are the best of the best as far as I am concerned. Thank you for being so good, prompt and fair.
